- You must provide accurate information where verification or role flows require it.
2. Acceptable Use
- No abuse, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content through REUX services.
- No reverse engineering, exploitation, spam, or attempts to bypass moderation or security controls.
- No automated scraping or high-volume requests that degrade service availability.
3. Service Availability and Changes
- Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without uptime guarantees.
- Features, commands, and integrations may change, be paused, or be removed at any time.
- We may apply maintenance windows, rate limiting, or temporary restrictions to protect reliability.
4. Technical Operations
REUX may process command inputs, interaction metadata, and operational logs required for bot functionality, abuse prevention, and debugging. Infrastructure may include VPS hosting, containerized services, and third-party platform APIs.
5. Third-Party Platforms
- Discord and VRChat functionality depends on their APIs, uptime, and policy constraints.
- We are not responsible for outages, bans, policy changes, or data handling performed solely by those platforms.
- Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own agreements and privacy terms.
6. Content and Community Moderation
- You retain rights to your content, but grant REUX permission to process it for service operation.
- We may remove content, disable features, or restrict access for safety, legal, or policy reasons.
- Moderation and role decisions may include automated and manual review.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
- REUX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, REUX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months (if any).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for policy violations, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational necessity. You may stop using REUX at any time.

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your account by opening a request in the official REUX Discord server. We may require verification to confirm account ownership before processing deletion requests.
